Please join Andie Springer in celebrating the release of her first album, Dandelion. "This audiovisual album is a deeply personal project that has been five years in the making. It has created for me the time and opportunity to reflect on my relationship with my instrument and my own art, and also on the relationships I've built with each incredible artist involved in the project. This album is a celebration of those relationships." The party will open with a performance of Untitled #2: a new collaboration of music by John Glover and shadow puppetry by Dorothy James and Andy Manjuck. Following the first performance will be a full screening of Dandelion: "Dandelion" Music by Mary Kouyoumdjian Video by Nikolai Antonie "The Warmth of Other Suns" Music by Leaha Maria Villarreal Video by Jonah Rosenberg, featuring Mel Reese "Mixtape for the Summer of 1963" Music by Matt Marks Video by Michael Carter "Windeye" Music and video by Jacob Richman Text by Brian Evenson "Wilderness" Music by Erik DeLuca Video by Anthony Plasse Dandelion was recorded by Brett Parnell at Bear in a Barn NYC.
