THE GOLDEN DRUM YEAR is one engagement in The Second Decade Project, which comprises four parts spanning different artistic disciplines. The source material for all these works is a series of 365 poems written daily over the course of one year by poet and playwright Beto O’Byrne. The project is made up of four Engagements; a multimedia performance work, an interactive visual installation, a series of limited-edition publications and a mobile device app.
